About this Opportunity
We are now seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team based at our Lidcombe site. These positions support the packaging and/or processing side of our operations to ensure product is in accordance with quality, time, cost and safety requirements.
A summary of key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up and overseeing the running of production machinery;
- Completing paperwork at each work station;
- Ensuring the product meets required standards;
- Sanitising/cleaning (CIP and steaming) production equipment and machinery parts;
- Working and communicating in a team environment to complete tasks;
- Adhering to all site policies and procedures including Occupational Health & Safety, GMP, HACCP and ISO; and
- Performing forklift duties (for those who hold current licence).

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in the food, beverage or dairy industry, and injection moulding machine operation experience will be highly regarded. It is essential that you have a strong safety and quality focus and preferably hold a current forklift licence.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When applying, please ensure you complete your application on our website and indicate your shift availability between the following:
- Morning Shift (6am - 2pm)
- Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm)
- Night Shift (10pm - 6am)
Permanent rosters include weekend work (either Saturday or Sunday, sometimes both). Casual employee rosters will be focused around weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) however may be extended to mid week.
