About this Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager of HR, you'll be primarily responsible for managing the design, delivery and entrenchment of key learning and development solutions, with the goal of building organisational capacity and enabling employees of all levels to reach their performance potential.

You will be responsible for (but will not be limited to):

  • Proactively identifying capability and training needs through job analysis, appraisal programs and ongoing consultation with leaders and the HR team;

  • Liaising with international contact points to understand global strategy and align appropriate learning & development programs;
  • Planning, organising and delivering the annual budgeting process for all elements of internal and external training needs;
  • Managing all elements of the set annual training budget, including overseeing accurate costing and reconciling activities to ensure the company delivers on training commitments, on time and within budget;
  • Providing ongoing reporting and analysis on training activities, and carrying out relevant administrative duties as required; and

The successful applicant will be energetic, tenacious and driven with the ability to build effective programs, systems and processes from scratch.
