We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader - Blow-moulding who possess strong organisational and time management skills, effectively leads and manages by example and are ready to make an immediate and positive impact.
Reporting and providing support to the Production Coordinator, the role will assist in coordinating work in a team environment or works individually under general supervision. The blow-moulding team leader is responsible for the safety and productivity of other blow-moulding employees on their shift and is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner, within all established key performance indicators and parameters.
Previous experience in leading teams, blow-moulding/ warehousing operations and preferably a working in a food / dairy manufacturing environment is required. Advance problem solving skills - including addressing product quality issues through adjustment of the mould and the ability to undertake basic work maintenance on the moulder is also highly sought after.
Your proactive, inquisitive and positive nature will be important to your achievement in this role as will your down to earth approach to building relationships with your colleagues and co-workers.
Commitment to delivering quality work, flexibility to work shift work and overtime as required and a strong focus on leading efficient and effective work practices and procedures are key requirements of the role.
